📍 London (Hybrid)💷 £52,000 - £60,000🕒 FTC -Start date January 2026- July 2027- Full timeAre you a diligent and adaptable Business Process Analyst specialising in designing and streamlining core business functions?Do you have experience working in environments defined by complex stakeholder landscapes and a need for resilience?We are seeking two highly capable Business Process Analysts to join the Strategic Projects team of a prominent, values-driven educational institution.These roles are critical to ensuring the continued operational effectiveness of the institution as it executes its long-term strategic plan.This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) through to July 2027, offering stability and the opportunity to embed best practices across multiple core departments.Your Core Responsibilities: 🗺️⚙️You will be focused on analysis and design across multiple strategic project workstreams to maintain efficiency and effectiveness during periods of change.Process Design and Mapping: Analysing current operational models across professional services and academic departments, designing, and documenting refined business processes.Operational Integrity: Providing critical and analytical support to ensure essential business functions do not experience disruption during strategic project delivery.Requirements Gathering: Working collaboratively with functional leaders to gather, document, and validate requirements for new processes and operational models.Cross-Functional Analysis: Applying a deep understanding of process flows to optimise efficiency and resource utilisation across the institution.What We’re Looking For: 💪🌍We require dedicated analysts who can thrive in a unique and often fast-paced cultural environment.Process Expertise: You are a specialist in Business Process Analysis/Process Design.Sector Background: Experience in the Higher Education, Non-Profit/Charity, or Local Government sector is desirable.Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with proven proficiency in core data and documentation tools.Tools: Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint) is essential.Working Style: You are expected to be autonomous, resilient, and proactive, able to manage workload effectively in a busy, sometimes "dynamic," environment.Qualification: Demonstrable experience in complex process mapping and design is key.Apply Now.
