This role involves analyzing existing processes, developing process improvement strategies, and ensuring that all operations align with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, process re-engineering, and project management within the port or shipping industryResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis and Improvement:Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Documentation And StandardizationCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes.Performance MonitoringDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with various departments to ensure alignment of processes and objectives.Change ManagementLead change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all operational processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Risk ManagementIdentify, assess, and prioritize potential risks that could impact terminal operations and safety.Digital MindsetChampions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.
