As a Business Product Manager (B2B Value Delivery Management), your primary focus is the commercial execution of the Product Value Proposition defined in the B2B Strategy (working in a dual ownership model with tech team).What you will do:You will serve as the commercial counterpart for Product Managers (creating a Business Product Manager + Product Manager duo) for the execution of the Product Value Proposition defined in B2B StrategyYou will secure non-tech enablers and alignments with non-tech stakeholders required for the delivery of the product roadmapYou will support Product Managers in tech alignments with tech and non-tech stakeholdersYou will manage the heartbeat of product launch / refinement projectsYou will be taking tactical level decisions regarding the product scope from a commercial perspectiveYou may be responsible for specific product clusters, such as: Value Pricing and Loyalty (incl. B2B discounts strategy), Simplified Findability and Purchase Process (incl. industry-specific shopping experience for Company Customers), Procurement Process Management, Flexible Payment and Financing for Company CustomersWhat we’re looking for:Value Proposition & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to translate product features into clear customer benefits and value and craft compelling and concise value propositions. You understand the commercial impact of product features and can effectively bridge the gap between technical product development and market needsLaunch Management & Coordination: Proven experience in managing product launch cycles - including securing non-tech enablers and aligning with non-tech stakeholders (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations). You know how to use negotiation and influencing skills to gain buy-in and ensure smooth executionTactical Decision Making: Ability to make data-driven decisions on product scope from a commercial perspective. You can synthesize market intelligence and customer feedback to prioritize business requirements effectivelyPreferred Professional Experience: Product Owner / Product Manager (preferably in eCommerce or Retail), Business Product Manager / Business Development Manager / Project Manager (focused on product launches or commercial initiatives), Management Consulting Consultant / Associate / Senior Business Analyst / or similar (specializing in product strategy or commercialization),or a similar role combining commercial and product expertiseYou communicate effectively in both English and Polish (B2/C1)What we offer:An opportunity to work for the largest e-commerce player of European originA high degree of autonomy in terms of organizing your work; we encourage you to develop continuously and try out new thingsFlexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team.
