The Business Relations & Legal Consultant will be responsible for managing the company’s external relations and overseeing all legal and compliance matters related to its operations. The role requires a strong understanding of business and commercial law, with the ability to provide sound legal advice, manage contracts, and represent the company in formal proceedings when necessary.Responsibilites:Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.Provide legal and business guidance to ensure the company operates within all applicable laws.Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.Advise management on business risks, compliance requirements, and dispute resolution.Handle legal processes and, where applicable, represent the company in court or through external legal counsel.Support the business in decision-making by interpreting legislation and identifying the legal impact of strategic plans.Participate in meetings with external clients or partners to safeguard company interests.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law or equivalent.Certification: Licensed legal practitioner (must hold a valid law certification enabling court representation).Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Legal Consultant or Business Consultant.Strong knowledge of general and commercial/business law.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.Professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills.High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.Ability to work across industries with a practical understanding of business operations.Confident in handling both advisory and representational legal work.Salary Package: Negotiable and based on experience and interview outcomes.
