You will ensure our legal datasets are accurate, current, and meet publishing standards. This role involves working with legal materials, collaborating across teams, and supporting continuous improvement in editorial processes.ResponsibilitiesMonitor legal developments and update legislation to ensure accuracy and relevanceAdd and consolidate new legal content on our platformPrioritize tasks to meet deadlines and production goalsParticipate in quality reviews and auditsCollaborate with suppliers and provide feedback on content qualityWork with internal and external teams on testing, reporting issues, and delivering projectsRespond to queries professionally and promptlySupport process improvements and best practicesEngage in ongoing training and developmentPerform other related duties as neededRequirementsA degree in law or publishing, equivalent experience in legal publishing or researchStrong written English skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow editorial guidelinesProblem-solving mindset and ability to work independentlyEffective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teamsAdaptability and strong organizational skillsWillingness to learn new tools and technologiesXML mark-up language and data fixing/cleaning experience.Prior experience in digital legal publishing is preferredWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
