We are looking for local representatives everywhere to bring us closer to our partners worldwide. A member of the specialised client-facing department focused on providing exceptional care to new and existing partners through a value-driven relationship-based approach. The Business Development Manager will retain and grow Partners, providing relationship management and support throughout the user journey.What you'll actually doAccount ManagementIdentify partnership opportunities, ensure satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions and catering to their needsTend to users’ needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to them.Keep users up-to-date with Nce’ developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners in an effort to grow the business and help the company expandProspect potential individual brokers and proactively connect with them forservice offeringsBusiness DevelopmentBuild and manage a profitable portfolio of Nce business partners by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners, including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partnersDevelop a deep understanding of their respective markets, competitive analysis and partner activitiesRecruit and maintain strong relationships with IBs, institutional clients, and channel partnersOrganise and participate in events, webinars, and meetings to engage with business partnersAchieve assigned sales quotasEnsure compliance and adherence to the Company's business, regulatory and brand guidelines.Whom We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relationship, or any relevant client-facing roles within the financial trading industry, with proven experience working within the Fx industry.Written and spoken English is preferredTeam player, focused and goal-orientedExcellent convincing and influencing skills.Persistence and critical thinking skills.Strong commercial and business development mindset.Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesDeep knowledge in financial markets, trading, investing, technical, and fundamental analysis.Strong knowledge in Stock / FOREX trading knowledgeSales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.Graduating with a Bachelor's degree is compulsory.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask with attention to detail and meet deadlinesAble to work in a team and individually when need beWillingness to travel for Business Trips.Investment license/financial certifications are highly regarded.What We Offer Along The WayCompetitive salary and annual performance bonusAnnual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leaveEmployee appreciation program: branded gifts, birthday day-offs, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestonesEmployee share scheme — grow with us
