To learn more, visit: Smart-link Vietnam.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven member who will be the primary executor, manager, and launch specialist for our new brand.com store. You will play a critical role in the initial setup and development phase, working directly with technical vendors to define requirements and ensure a successful launch. Post-launch, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations, content management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and overall performance of the Brand.com store. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a true builder who thrives on seeing their efforts directly translate into measurable revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesYour core mission is to manage the brand.com store, lead the launch process, and optimize the customer journey to maximize sales and conversion rates.1. E-commerce Site Build, Launch & Management (50%)• Serve as the internal point of contact for the development vendor. Define functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., payment gateways, shipping zones).• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure all website features, integrations, and checkout flows are working perfectly before launch.• Manage the day-to-day operations of the live website, including catalog management, pricing, product descriptions, and image consistency.• Manage and execute all on-site promotional campaigns, banner placements, landing pages, and special sales events.• Maintain site health, including monitoring page load speed, checking for broken links, and ensuring a seamless checkout process.2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Data Analysis (25%)• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales funnels using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other internal tools.• Identify bottlenecks and friction points in the user journey (e.g., checkout abandonment, high bounce rates on PDPs).• Propose, set up, and execute small-scale A/B tests (e.g., button colors, headline copy, layout changes) to continuously improve conversion rates.• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights to the Brand Leader.3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations (25%)• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to align website content with performance marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, KOLs).• Act as the primary bridge between the E-commerce site and Operations/Logistics to ensure accurate inventory synchronization and smooth order fulfillment.• Manage customer service escalations related to site functionality and order tracking.• Oversee data flow and integrity between the E-commerce platform and back-end inventory management systems.Qualifications• 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in E-commerce operations, E-commerce Specialist, or a similar role, preferably in the Appliance, FMCG, or Retail industry. • Experience managing CRM, loyalty, or membership programs for an E-commerce channel is highly valued. • Experience participating in a new site launch or major platform migration is a significant advantage.• High proficiency with a major E-commerce platform. Strong foundational knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS. Understanding of API integration concepts is a plus.• Highly analytical, data-driven, and possesses a strong "owner" mindset. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.• Good business proficiency in English (reading technical documents and communicating cross-functionally).• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.• Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft, Google, Lark,...)What we offer• Salary range: Competitive monthly gross + Performance-based Bonuses (15-20 salary months annually)• Social insurance and healthcare coverage upon successful completion of the 2-month probationary period.
