The role focuses on business-oriented Scrum facilitation rather than purely technical delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive and mature professional who can coach, mentor, and inspire teams while fostering collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and senior management.YOU WILLCoach Scrum Teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices, leveraging both personal and external experienceTrain and mentor fresh and in-mature teams, guiding them toward higher agility and delivery performanceFacilitate effective Retrospectives, surface conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in morale and efficiencyAct as a risk manager for your team, collaborating closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization (cost of delay), and product roadmapsPromote and evolve Agile frameworks and new ways of working, proactively seeking innovation and alignment with business needsApply your knowledge of at least one Agile scaling framework (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) under the guidance of a senior Scrum MasterEnsure delivery of high-quality product increments on a regular basisStandardize communication and share best practices across the organizationRequirements3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in an international business environmentSolid understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworksAbility to coach both teams and Product Owners in product management, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communicationStrong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; ability to maintain calm and composure under pressureExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — including senior management interactionsFluent English (German or French would be an advantage)Proactive mindset, integrity, and customer-oriented approachBenefitsWork flexibilityWe give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
