We are always seeking TOP TALENT – experienced individuals who embrace our core values of respect, innovation, integrity and impact.Position Summary:The Business Solutions Representative Representative is responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of clients (Agents) for our Philippines market, through telephone visits, generating a commercial relationship, which allows negotiations to increase shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas.Duties And ResponsabilitiesDeliver excellent customer service and provide effective solutions through both inbound and outbound callsConduct and document regular telephone outreach across the assigned territoryMonitor pricing and report on trends or discrepanciesFollow up with inactive agenciesDevelop and implement business plans to support regional goalsIdentify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territoryPrepare and submit reports on competitor activityProvide support and assistance to sales field staff as neededOversee the full onboarding and installation process for new agenciesSupport, and develop new agents to ensure operational readinessMaintain and increase transaction volume within the assigned territoryEnsure sustained and growing profitability of transactions in the territoryGrow and manage the portfolio of assigned agenciesTrack, follow up, and resolve issues reported by agents and field staffMaintain full availability to respond to operational and business needsCollaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common objectivesQualificationsFully bilingual Tagalog/SpanishNeeds o have US visa, as frequent travel to the US is required2–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or business developmentUnderstanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close dealsExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidenceCreative thinker and must have the ability to solve critical problemsAbility to multitask and manage business conflictsAbility to analyze the market and target potential customersStrong internet research skillsExcellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skillsVery organized and attentive to details.
