Job Title: Business Specialist with data analysisLocation: Canada(Remote)Project: ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business process mapping, AI/ML solutions, and telecom domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple business units (BUs), stakeholders, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, develop scope, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.Key Responsibilities: Conduct business process mapping sessions to gather requirements and document workflows.Conduct customer interviews to understand business needs and challenges.Develop scope documents and requirements for AI/ML production solutions.Coordinate across multiple business units (BUs) and stakeholders to ensure alignment.Identify AI opportunities and assess their feasibility in business contexts.Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into implementable AI/ML solutions.Present findings, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership teams (SLT), especially within EOps.Maintain detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and AI solutions.Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Business Process Mapping, documentation, and conducting customer interviews.Hands-on experience scoping AI/ML solutions and identifying AI opportunities.Knowledge of telecom industry processes, preferably with exposure to Lumen and/or EOps.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across multiple BUs.Comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams (SLT).Ability to assess AI feasibility in real-world business contexts.
