Job Description

Customer Care & Stakeholder EngagementManage the planning, scheduling, and execution of producer and retailer trainings, workshops, and briefing sessions.Lead the customer care team to ensure timely, professional responses via email, hotline, and other channels.Develop and maintain FAQs, call scripts, and escalation processes.Monitor service quality, track issues, and recommend improvements.Train and guide staff to handle customer queries effectively.Address and resolve operational or communication issues as they arise.Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Engagement and Experience and CEO.Business & Office SupportOrganise schedules, manage calendars, and arrange meetings for the CEO.Manage daily office administration, and vendor coordination.Coordinate logistics, minutes, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.Ensure office policies, records, and documentation are kept up to date.Support Engagement and Experience team on stakeholder engagement and events.Support with onboarding, expense claims, and other coordination needs from other teams.
