Loan Associate

BTI executive search is seeking on behalf of our client for a motivated individual to support the origination, structuring and execution of loan and structured finance transactions.The role involves conducting market research, preparing financial proposals and client presentations and supporting relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders. You will assist in due diligence, credit analysis and documentation for new financing opportunities, including ECA and syndicated loans.Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external parties, reviewing term sheets and financing documents, supporting loan drawdowns and monitoring existing transactions. You will also help track borrower performance, manage credit reviews, maintain portfolio data and reporting.The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering or a related field, with about 5 years of relevant experience in banking, finance or project development. Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills are essential, along with solid communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ECA or agency financing are advantageous. The candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced structured finance environment.
