This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Support Executive based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. Apart from handling general administrative tasks, this role will be actively involved in HRD Corp (HRDC) program administration, marketing coordination, and basic finance support (invoicing & quotations). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration: Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.HRD Corp (HRDC) Administration: Handle HRDC-related submissions, claims, and program approvals.Marketing Business Development Support: Coordinate outreach activities (calls, emails, follow-ups) to HRDC-eligible clients.Finance (Basic Support): Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders. (PR & PO issuance)Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, HRDC coordination, or office support.Knowledge of HRD Corp (HRDC) processes (claims, grant applications, training registration) is a strong advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing tools (Canva, social media platforms, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.Benefits:Medical coverageProfessional developmentTraining and developmentJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
