You will support our international teams in using SimCorp Dimension and help optimize investment MiddleOffice processes across our global business. Whether you’re taking your first career steps or bringing valuable experience – we’re looking for proactive minds who want to make an impact and grow with us.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining is a part of Global Technology Services -SCD Business Support, a function that is vital to the company to help optimize investment MiddleOffice processes across our global business.What You Will Be Responsible ForAs a Business Support Specialist, you will: Ensure and support the smooth and efficient use of our Middle Office system SimCorp Dimension (SCD)– the backbone of our investment operations Act as the first point of contact for colleagues across APAC and EMEA with their SimCorp-related inquiries and business support requests Collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflows Help shape future processes by contributing to tool development, data validation and automation and ensure data integrity and process efficiency Contribute to cross-team projects and continuous improvement initiatives within our investment operations landscapeWhat We Value These skills will help you succeed in this role You’ve completed vocational training in banking or a related field – or hold a degree in business, IT or finance You have a solid understanding of investment processes in a capital management context You are tech-savvy and enjoy learning new systems and tools (SimCorp knowledge is a plus – not a must!) You love solving problems and communicating solutions in a clear and structured way You’re curious, proactive and want to make a difference in a team that supports each otherEducation & Preferred QualificationsGraduate and above preferably in FinanceB.COM, BBM/BBA.
