Business system Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION Candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the auto suggestion service. This includes testing the product for bugs/deficiencies across languages and geographies, triaging user feedback and prioritizing them. Candidate will oversee the process of leveraging crowd for judgements (evaluating quality) using the Microsoft crowd data annotation platform (UHRS) across languages and geographies. This includes preparing and uploading queries for judgements, analyzing the judgements data & identifying patterns, and more. This also includes assisting in compete benchmarking using SBS (side by side) analysis. Candidate will assist in moderating adult/inappropriate content in Bing auto suggest Candidate will try out the features that will be shipped across regions and languages. Must have: We are looking for people who are proactive, demonstrate high degree of ownership, and are in general curious about tech. Candidate should be analytical and be comfortable working with data (in excel format).
