We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the founder in managing both personal affairs and critical company operations with a special focus on supporting the launch and execution of an NGO. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to impactful social initiatives while managing diverse responsibilities.Key Responsibilities Manage personal tasks including banking, travel arrangements, income tax documentation, and daily scheduling. Coordinate and follow up with external agencies and vendors across social media, legal, accounting, finance, admin, and HR to ensure timely completion of tasks. Provide crucial operational support for NGO setup activities – including documentation, stakeholder coordination, research, event assistance, and process organization. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all follow-ups and deadlines are met promptly. Serve as a trusted liaison managing communications and information flow between the founder, internal teams, and external partners.Regular reporting and status updates keeping projects and priorities aligned.About Company: We are RKM Foundation your bridge to meaningful change.
