Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, managing materials and resources, coordinating with contractors, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The role requires close attention to quality control and efficient communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Qualifications Proficiency in project management, planning, and resource allocationStrong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standardsExperience in inspection, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standardsAbility to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD and MS ProjectBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree or additional certifications in project management is a plusPrior experience in infrastructure or real estate construction projects is highly beneficial
