Partners with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document workflows, process flows, data and document attribute requirements for Client Lifecycle ManagementApply various Elicitation Techniques to gather requirements and regularly maintain the backlogTranslates requirements from various stakeholders into functional requirements for implementation of Development and Testing TeamsDevelop Subject Matter Expertise and an end to end understanidng of the various business process that support CLM (KYC, AML, Reg/Compliance)Coordinate and partner with External Vendor + Internal development teams to build solutions for business needsConfigure or provide Configuration Requirements to implement Data/Document/Orchestration Requirements in Fenergo FenXParticipate / Conduct or Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Validation of Systems - e.g. Creation of User Test Scripts, Guided Walkthroughs with end usersInvestigate and provide root cause analysis to various Defects and Change requestsDevelop and maintain Training Materials for end users during System Roll outCollaborate with Cross functional teams to improve end to end system processesParticipation various Agile or Waterfall SDLC Rituals (e.g. scrum, grooming, retrospects, walkthroughs, etc.)
