Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager 3 Days onsite (Tue-Wed-Thurs)We are seeking a Tech-Savvy Business Analyst / Project Manager with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience leading Sales initiatives and related Systems implementation. The ideal candidate excels at translating business needs into practical technology solutions, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, user-centric systems and tools that boost sales performance and operational efficiency.Core Skills and ExperienceCommunication and Presentation:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Able to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levelsBusiness Analysis Expertise:Demonstrated ability to lead business-critical initiatives from discovery through deliverySkilled in conducting thorough business analysis and driving collaborative decision-makingProven track record of ensuring timely delivery of business value in fast-paced environmentsCross-Functional Partnership: Acted as a key business partner, actively leading across all phases of the project lifecycle, including:• Requirements elicitation and documentation• Business requirement analysis and validation• Stakeholder feedback sessions• Impact analysis and risk identification• UAT coordination and execution• Sprint demos and agile ceremonies• Change readiness, training, and go-live support• Troubleshooting user-reported issues with minimal disruption and long-term fixes in mindStakeholder management• Successfully partnered with diverse stakeholder groups• Strong ability to secure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycleProcess Mapping, Optimization and Problem Solving• Skilled in mapping and analyzing “as-is” and “to-be” business processes• Able to distinguish between core business needs, stakeholder desires, and system constraints• Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying root causes and driving long-term, data-driven solutions• Focused on uncovering and addressing systemic process inefficiencies, not just symptomsAdditional• Willingness to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or team lead• Demonstrates flexibility, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery• Salesforce Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and dashboard configuration• Experience using Miro, Box, and similar tools for collaboration and process mapping
