A career as an administrative assistant is much more than a support role. You act as the right hand of three Regional Vice Presidents, with significant autonomy to organize, plan, and coordinate activities. You are a strategic partner, recognized for your ability to optimize time, anticipate needs, and contribute meaningfully to achieving business goals.You can work from one of our offices in Vancouver, Winnipeg or Edmonton, depending on which is closer to your home.Your jobProactively coordinate the agenda and emails and carry out rigorous follow-ups with managers.Interact confidentially with various bank partners and internal members on various human resources files.Carry out follow-ups and/or reminders, when necessary, on tasks in order to support managers.Organize internal and external meetings by ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team of assistants in improving the administrative functioning of the department and the development of internal procedures and processes.Coordinate and participate in the organization of various events when required.Contribute to various projects.Your teamWithin team, you are part of a large group of colleagues and report in a matrix structure to three Regional Vice Presidents.
