Singlife is growing at an exceptional rate driven by a growing portfolio of partnerships with platforms like GCash, where we make our meaningful insurance propositions more accessible to the wider market.JOB OVERVIEWSinglife Philippines is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA/PM) to join the Technology and Operations Team. BA/PM will be responsible in translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the technology team. This role will also play a key part in ensuring successful and timely delivery of systems, integrations, features, and products.Ideally, candidate should be adaptable, able to navigate and support changemanagement initiatives. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to drive efficient product delivery to meet business goals.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 1. Requirements Gathering & AnalysisConduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.Translates inputs from PO/stakeholders into actionable business requirements for IT delivery.Document functional specifications and user stories to support solution design, development and testing.Analyze business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for developers.2. Solution Design & Documentation SupportCreate Functional Specification Documents (FSD) Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and/or data models.Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.3. PMO and Application Development SupportCreates and monitors project plan.Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams.Support developers by clarifying requirements during the build phase.4. Process Engineering & OptimizationMap current processes and design optimized workflows.Recommend automation opportunities and integration points.Implement Lean or Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.5. Testing & Quality AssuranceSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.Validate that delivered applications meet business and compliance requirements.6. Change Management & TrainingHelp develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.Assist in managing organizational change during system rollouts.Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and applications.7. Risk & Impact AnalysisAssess potential risks of new implementations.Perform impact analysis for changes to existing systems.Recommend mitigation strategies.8. Stakeholder CommunicationProvide regular status updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.Facilitate workshops and presentations for solution walkthroughs.Manage expectations and resolve conflicts between business and technical teams.Key Deliverables• End-to-end Business Requirement/FSD• Business to IT Delivery• End-to-end Process Mapping (Customer + Internal Stakeholders)• Project Planning and Project Management• Risk and Impact AnalysisQUALIFICATIONS Education level: Bachelor’s DegreeYears of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in relevant field and has handled digital platform/s in the past, preferably in the insurance, financial services and e-commerce industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and digitally driven environment.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Specific skills: Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Engineering, IT/Systems Analysis, Product/Feature DeliveryWhy Join Singlife Philippines?At Singlife Philippines, we believe in empowering our employees to achieve their full potential.
