Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – AI & RPA

Role SummaryThe Business Systems Analyst (BSA) –RPA is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and delivering opportunities to apply Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the organization. The role bridges business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring automation solutions are aligned with enterprise goals, scalable, and compliant with IT governance standards.In addition, the BSA will lead selected IT and business transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring delivery of business value.You will report to: Business Systems Manager (BSM)MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Analysis & Innovation• Identify and analyze business processes that can be optimized through RPA;• Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows;• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments for automation initiatives.Solution Design & Delivery• Work with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to design and implement RPA solutions;• Ensure solutions comply with IT security, governance, and integration standards;• Support pilots, proofs-of-concept, and production deployments.Project Leadership• Lead selected RPA and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure;• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics;• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, manage risks, and report progress to DIGO BSM and stakeholders;• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality expectations.Governance & Compliance• Apply DIGO governance standards to all RPA and project initiatives;• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all solutions delivered;• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.Collaboration & Change Management• Partner with business units to drive adoption of RPA solutions;• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and support for end users;• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:• Strong analytical and process modeling skills;• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders;• Knowledge of automation lifecycle and project delivery lifecycle;• Excellent organizational and time management abilities;• Strong communication and presentation skills;• Innovative mindset, eager to explore new technologies.QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field;• 3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis, automation, or IT solution delivery;• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.) is an advantage;• Proven experience leading small-to-medium scale IT or business transformation projects;• Knowledge of project management practices (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).• Experience or interest in AI will be considered a plus.
