Being part of the Service Desk team, you would be also responsible for providing expert support for IT requests and incidents, process automation, workflow etc. Another important part of the role consists in ensuring continuous support regarding HW and SW issues in the company’s retail stores.Your Main Responsibilities Would Be:Organizing flow of receiving, dispatching and resolving service request tickets and handling incoming callsProviding end user with expert IT support for hardware and software related issuesCentralized SW deployment to end user devices using automation toolsPatch management for end user computersImplementation, operation and maintenance of IT device management platformsCreating knowledge base articles, procedures and user manualsMaintaining high level of user satisfactionHandling daily routines and performing tasks in cooperative team.What We Would Expect From You:Excellent knowledge of client operating systems and system softwareExperience in troubleshooting and problem solving on end user computersKnowledge of device management platformsKnowledge of hardware maintenance and LAN structural cablingGood English (both written and verbal)Ability to work in an international teamAbility to initiate and drive improvement and changeOur Offer:Working opportunity in a collaborative teamPositive workplace culture where you would receive all the support you need from your peers and managers in order to achieve your personal and team goalsAnnual bonus based on your personal performancePreferential prices for mobile devices and accessoriesUnlimited mobile services and mobile internetFlexible working hoursMonthly food and gift vouchersTransportation allowanceAdditional health insuranceUp to 25 days annual paid leaveOnly short-listed candidates will be contacted.
