Join us and unlock your career potentialAs a Business Systems Analyst at DHL, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transport systems to deliver excellence. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide systems support across our Transport business. Working within our fast-paced, time critical, team environment, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and develop professionally. Your duties and responsibilities will include:Provision of 2nd level systems user support for all transport related systems including portal issues, data failures, track and trace, consigning, finance and billingDelivering critical support to ensure customer expectations and SLA’s are metAnalysis and reporting of systems and proceduresAnalytical problem solving and system planning; identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvementSystem set up and onboarding of new customersAd hoc projectsPlease Note DHL Internal applications close on [21-Oct-2025]. We will support flexible working arrangements that are tailored to the individual role requirements.You have the following qualities & qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Transport, Statistics or similar (desirable)Previous Transport System skills and experienceDeveloped transport, operational, or warehouse knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain processesSupport or Help Desk experienceWorking knowledge of system, network and data base set-upsSystems administration backgroundStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsAdvanced MS Office, including MS Excel and MS PowerPointEffective written and verbal communication and influencing skillsIf you are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for transportation systems, we would love to hear from you.
