Australian Training Company is seeking an Office Allrounder to partake in a full-time Business traineeship whilst working in a busy reception/administration environment in a Spanish speaking Nursing Home at Rooty Hill. Bilingual in English & Spanish essential.This position would suit someone with previous experience in administration, retail or hospitality environment where customer service and handling multiple tasks at once was required. The position will require the person to be self-motivated and study a nationally accredited qualification (Certificate III in Business) whilst working a 38 hour week. You will be allocated 3 hours per week to complete online study requirements.Duties Include, But Not Limited ToProvide support to the Administration team and perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.To be the fore front of representing the organisation to visitors, family members, relatives, contractors and other persons entering the facility.Maintenance of all basic reception work including answering the telephone, filing, typing and assisting with basic resident needs at time of support with the Care Manager and floor staff.Actively develop and promote the desired culture of the organisation by ensuring all interactions, documentation and communication is conducted in a manner which supports the stated Mission, Vision & ValuesData entryCompose and transcribe routine correspondence, application forms, letters and other necessary documentsMaintenance and development of continues improvement log under the supervision of managementOperate office equipment including but not limited to computer software, printers and photocopierAssist Bookkeeper and/or Operations Manager with monitoring of all supplies.Maintain records of continuous improvementMaintenance and development of compliance reports, graphs and benchmarking under the supervision of managementRelief receptionistEstablish and maintain files, and retrieve files as requestedAssist in the upkeep of company website and internal TV programmingActively promote Occupational Health, Safety and Injury management policies, practices and procedures, in particular regarding:Active participation in protecting the health and safety of self and colleaguesPromote and contribute to a safe, secure environment for staff, patients and visitorsParticipate in the workplace injury management programAvailability from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.Wage in accordance of the National Training Wage Award. This is dependent on highest level of secondary education completed and number of years since completing.
