Our mission is to create better outcomes for organizations worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a remote role for a Business Transformation Consultant (New Zealand, Australia). The consultant will work with clients to design, implement, and optimize business transformation strategies using our proprietary HOBA agile business transformation method. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, consulting with stakeholders to define goals, and developing actionable plans to achieve transformation objectives. The consultant will also provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of strategies.QualificationsProficiency in Business Transformation and Business Process improvementStrong Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and solve complex problemsExperience in Management Consulting and providing tailored advice to organizationsExpertise in client-facing Consulting roles with a focus on delivering measurable outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teamsAdaptability to work in dynamic and remote environmentsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldCertifications or training in business transformation or process improvement methodologies (preferred)
