About This OpportunityThe Business Translator acts as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across Ericsson Market Areas.This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensuring the cohesive integration of end-to-end solutions that deliver measurable business value.What You Will DoRequirement Gathering & Translation: Collaborate with Market Area stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. Translate these into clear, structured technical specifications for development and implementation teams.End-to-End Solution Integration:Serve as the “glue” across functional and technical domains, ensuring that all components of the solution—from business logic to system architecture—are aligned and integrated effectively.Value Realisation & Performance Tracking:Identify business value levers and develop business cases to support funding decisions. Track delivered value to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement:Interface with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Process Managers, and Market Area leads to ensure alignment across business and technical objectives.Documentation & Communication:Produce high-quality documentation and presentations that communicate complex ideas clearly.
