Someone who takes pride in service excellence, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.What You’ll Do:Deliver personalized, five-star service throughout each guest’s stay. Anticipate needs, build rapport, and create lasting impressions.Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure the villa is always in perfect condition, especially before arrivals.Communicate guest preferences and special requests clearly to the team.Supervise villa readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance while minimizing any guest disruption.Be an ambassador for our property. Promote in-house experiences before suggesting external options.Support other departments to ensure every guest receives timely, seamless, and professional service.Take initiative to go above and beyond, because “good enough” isn’t part of your vocabulary.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience as a Butler or Guest Service professional in a luxury hotel or villa environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
