Buyer

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in new supplier sourcing, evaluation, and qualification audits.Perform cost analysis and develop cost-reduction strategies.Take part in procurement negotiations and optimize contract terms.Develop procurement plans based on production schedules to ensure on-time material delivery.Monitor order execution and handle exceptions or discrepancies.Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production departments to support new project procurement.Support the SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) in resolving incoming quality issues.Perform other tasks assigned by the managerQualifications3+ years of experience as a Buyer in automotive manufacturing.Experience buying materials for SBR、SEW、Lumbar etc. or is a plus.Good negotiation and communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
