Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for activities related to the timely acquisition of materials and effective flow of communication in ISC - ensuring purchase goods, materials & services, and company operational needs are met, considering price, quality, delivery and to continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for AMER/EMEA region to deliver tactical activities of purchasing goods and services off defined contracts with stated terms and conditions. Also, may include occasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buys or items that are not strategically sourced.JOB DUTIES:Tactical ManagementEnsure continuous supply of material on time to deliveryTactical point of contact for day-to-day issuesEngage with Strategic and SQE team to highlight issues preventing continuous supplyPurchase Order executionCo-ordinate and Management of all requisitions to PO’s Co-ordination and Management of the Tactical Open Order BookCo-ordinate and Management of PO Reschedule requirements in alignment with Planning TeamInvoice discrepancies – coordinate and manage the tactical ownership to resolve and clear all issues relating to invoices on hold Goods Inward discrepancies – coordinate and manage all issues relating to goods in materials on holdManage suppliers to ensure they achieve/exceed our performance expectationsManage suppliers to ensure OTTR through correct request dates on PO’s Participate in teams to ensure corrective actions related to OTTR are followed to bring supplier back on trackEnsure collaboration with Suppliers via Supplier Portal – communicates and co-ordinates with internal customers any deviation from request dates submitted from SupplierProcess Engineering Change Requests – agree with Planner of strategy to implement any changes (IOS, Phase in/out). shift hours: 12 PM -8 PM ISTResponsible metrics: Supplier OTTR , Line stops, Inventory levels, Invoices on hold, Goods inward hold, Reschedule of Pos, Expedite response time to factory operations (as defined per escalation process)Contribute metrics: Customer OTTR, Supplier Payment Terms compliance with company policy, Purchase Price VariancePurchase order response time (24 hours) (Creation and Change Request)Contract execution adherence (Supplier and Price) YOU MUST HAVE:Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP systemStrong communication skill and a team playerGood organizational skills with an ability to prioritizeSelf-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines Established Microsoft Excel experienceBachelor's degree in supply chain or related functionFluency in written & verbal EnglishMinimum 2-5 yrs experience in purchasing WE VALUE:Knowledge of purchasing systemsStrong communication skills and a team playerGood organizational skills with an ability to prioritizeProblem solving skillsEnglish fluent, any other language is a plusPlanning, negotiations and agreements/contract management experienceGood technical knowledge of Sourcing & ProcurementWhat's In It for You:Health Insurance Coverage – comprehensive care for you and your family.
