About the RoleAs the Regional Head/ Country Manager of CIS Region your role involves spearheading growth, overseeing operations, and fostering relationships within the local cryptocurrency market.

Ideal candidates should possess hands-on marketing expertise, prior experience in crypto management, and fluency in English and Russian. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and products, coupled with proactive marketing capabilities, are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the strategic business plan for specific country in CIS Region, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth. Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development. Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels, and community events.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, growth and/or business development.

Prior experience from Fintech/ Digital Finance or emerging Banking and Financial services industries, crypto exposure is highly preferred!Strong understanding of the CIS region market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges. Fluent in both English and Russian languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
