Job Summary: Oversee and manage all finance and administrative (including HR and IT) functions. Responsibilities: Finance: Handling the accounting and financial for local companies for local statutory and HQ reporting. Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions according to the HQ’s Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM) and Group Finance’s reporting deadlines. Prepare all monthly and annual financial and management reports ensuring full compliance with ARM as well as local financial and fiscal reporting requirements. Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in consultation with management.
Responsible for internal controls and processes across all functions ensuring adherence to HQ’s Compliance Manual and Group policies. Responsible for treasury, statutory audits, tax, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing and legal/corporate secretarial mattersBusiness partner to Sales & Service, providing support and advice on financial and operational processes and issues. Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulationsOverall responsible for all administrative mattersResponsible for local HR policies and administrationIT liaison with HQ and external IT vendors to ensure the smooth running of the IT infrastructure and equipmentEducation/Work Experience:
Degree in AccountingMinimum 3 years’ experience in general finance & accounting functions with at least 2 years in financial & management reporting and budgetingSkills / Competencies: Independent worker who demonstrates good initiative and the ability to multi-task across a wide range of finance & admin functionsA track record of good time management and commitment to meeting challenging deadlinesEffective cross cultural communicatorAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
