C&Q Engineer

PQE Group has been at the forefront of these industries since 1998, with 40 subsidiaries and more than 2000 employees in Europe, Asia and the Americas.Due to our continuous growth, PQE Group is seeking a C&Q Engineer to support our clients in addition to Switzerland, also Germany and Austria.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities for utilities, equipment, and cleanroom systems.Assist in the preparation and execution of C&Q protocols (IQ/OQ) in compliance with GMP requirements.Coordinate with design, construction, and quality teams to ensure timely readiness of systems for qualification.Perform field verification, walkdowns, punch listing, and follow-up on resolution of deviations.Participate in risk assessments and ensure alignment with project validation strategy.Document all activities in accordance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices).Collaborate with vendors and contractors for equipment testing and turnover.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of CQV experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environmentsFamiliarity with GMP regulations, commissioning processes, and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ).Ability to interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, and URS/FAT/SAT documents.Plan, execute, and document qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for laboratory equipment.Experience with clean utilities, HVAC, process equipment, or automation systems is a plus.Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fieldProficient in English; Proficient in GermanWillingness to travel as required for future projectsStrong communication, documentation, and teamwork skillsNext StepsUpon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.If there's a positive match, a technical interview with the Hiring Manager will be arranged.In the case of a positive outcome coming from Hiring Manager interview, recruiter will contact you for further steps or to discuss our proposal.Alternatively, if the outcome is negative, we will contact you to halt the recruitment process.Working at PQE GroupAs a member of the PQE team, you will be part of a challenging, multicultural company that values collaboration and innovation.
