Structural Analysis Engineer

Our core business is in the industrial world, with main focus on Automotive, Aerospace, Space & Defense, Railway, Energy & Life Science.Always following excellence & professionalism, AYES supports clients all over Switzerland, Europe, and the USA.AYES offers innovation, technology, and engineering R&D, considering human resources as a key value and a strong driver for growing and sharing know-how and experiences.Key Responsibilities:Perform finite element analyses (static, dynamic, vibration, shock, thermal) to assess and validate structural integrity and performance.Develop and correlate numerical models to predict mechanical and thermal behavior under launch and in-orbit conditions.Contribute to mechanical design and development, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with system requirements.Support qualification and acceptance testing, including data evaluation and model correlation.Collaborate with thermal, optical, electronic, and systems teams to ensure coherent and integrated designs.Prepare technical documentation, analysis reports, and verification files.Participate in project coordination and planning, with the possibility to take on broader responsibilities over time.Our ideal candidate should have:MSc or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering.5+ years of experience in structural or thermo-mechanical analysis for space or high-reliability systems.Proficiency with FEA tools (NASTRAN, Simcenter, or equivalent) and CAD software (NX, CATIA).Knowledge of space standards (ECSS, NASA) and testing methodologies.Strong analytical and coordination skills.Fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is considered a strong assetIf you are a team player, have good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude and want to be part of a growing international engineering company, focus on industrial sector, with opportunities in Europe and USA, then…SAY YES AND GROW WITH AYES!
