Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, offering support via phone, email, or chat, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring prompt and personalized service delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in English at a C1 level and strong Translation skillsExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilitiesExperience or skills in English Teaching and TrainingStrong problem-solving attitude with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote responsibilitiesPrior experience in customer support or related roles is a plus
