CAD Designer Location: San Antonio, TX Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 Employment Type: Full TimePosition Summary We are seeking a talented CAD Designer to join a growing civil engineering and land development team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for early-career CAD professionals with 1+ years of experience who are eager to contribute to a variety of projects across Texas. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to create precise technical drawings, 2D and 3D models, and construction documents that turn design concepts into reality.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of CAD software and civil design principles. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career in a supportive, professional environment.Role ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings, technical plans, and construction documents.Support engineers and project managers with design development and revisions.Collaborate with team members to ensure project standards and deadlines are met.Assist in reviewing drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.Stay current with CAD software and best practices, recommending workflow improvements when appropriate.Qualifications1+ years of professional experience in CAD design, drafting, or modeling.Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
