Ltd is looking for CAD Operator / Design Assistant (Japan Project)Job Description / ResponsibilityPosition OverviewWe are looking for skilled CAD Operators / Design Assistants to join an international engineering team supporting Japan-based infrastructure and communication system design projects.This role involves building and apartment drawing design, electrical system planning, and base station layout design using AutoCAD and other design tools.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and revise building and apartment drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sections, Layouts, Electrical Diagrams).Assist in system and equipment design for communication and electrical projects.Support engineers in preparing detailed CAD drawings for site execution.Maintain drawing accuracy and ensure compliance with international design standards.Collaborate with Japanese engineers and project teams remotely.Educational RequirementsBachelor in Engineering (BEngg)Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)Diploma in CivilDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (or related field).Skills Required: Architecture, Architectural Design, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Drawing (Civil 3D Engineers)Experience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior DesignAdditional RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of CAD drafting experience.Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.Ability to read and understand design plans and schematics.Basic communication skills in English (Japanese language knowledge is a plus)Software SkillsAutoCAD (Required)Knowledge of JW-CAD or T-fas will be considered an advantage.3D-CAD experience preferred.You’ll be working with international teams involved in communication infrastructure projects, including mobile base station design, factory electrical layout, and public facility electrical systems.Opportunities to grow in telecommunication system design and 6G network infrastructure development.Training support and career advancement opportunities for high-performing candidates.Job LocationJapan, Dhaka (Badda)
