interCaribbean Airways is seeking to fill the positions of reservation/ customer service agent at our call center in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.Position: Reservations/customer service agentNormal working Base: Santo DomingoRemuneration: Commensurate with experienceWeekly Work Hours: Average 40 hours with occasional extended periods as necessaryRoster Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off, this position supports a 24/7 operation with occasional after-hours required.Minimum Experience- A minimum 2 years working as customer service agentGeneral Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAirline or aviation experience.Call centre or Customer Services experienceAbility to work efficiently under time constraintsMust be available to work varied hours including weekends and holidaysMust be able to speak fluent English, Spanish. French is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeMust pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance.Summary or role- Processing passenger tickets, itineraries, fares for flights. Handling customer complaints regarding ticketing when problem arises. Rebook passengers who miss their flightsPhysical Demands: Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
