With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsThe CareKinesis Call Center Operations Trainer should have a broad subject matter expertise, have consistently met performance expectations and have demonstrated the ability to train and develop team members on tasks required for the department workflow. The CareKinesis Call Center Operations Trainer will continue to do critical front-line work and will be a key contributor to the department workflow. The CareKinesis Call Center Operations Trainer will conduct continued training for new employees after their introductory period of training through our Organizational Development department has been completed. We view this position as a developmental role in providing an opportunity for a strong contributor with the ability to explain tasks and train others to take a step forward in their career and provide an opportunity to demonstrate higher level leadership abilities.ResponsibilitiesHigh level of contribution in front line, day-to-day work as assigned by leads and supervisorsProvide training on department tasks to new hires, cross trainees and existing team members requiring additional supportHelp coordinate the completion of cross training through communication and scheduling with designated traineesProvide a high level of subject matter expertise to the department in supporting continuous improvement projectsSupport leads and supervisors in diagnosing and improving performance of team membersRequirementsMust be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED required.Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate, required.Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in the state residing and obtain the New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license within 6-months of hire. Ability to perform in an office based (or remote) setting that requires sitting at a desk 90% of the time.Schedule is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST - Monday thru FridayFlexibility to adapt schedule as needed, including evenings or weekends, and to meet the demands of training and operational priorities on holidays and during on-call hoursAnewHealth offers a comprehensive benefit package for full-time employees that includes medical/dental/vision, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability as well as voluntary benefits, 401(k), Paid Time Off and paid holidays.
