Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Operator to support a large-scale international project. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries in English and Arabic, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.This is a short-term assignment suitable for individuals who are service-oriented, empathetic, and able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage incoming phone calls and messages from beneficiaries and partners in English and Arabic.Provide accurate and clear information in line with established procedures and guidance.Record, categorize, and forward inquiries or feedback to relevant departments when necessary.Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and sensitivity when handling personal or sensitive information.Maintain updated knowledge of operational procedures, frequently asked questions, and current program details.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Required Qualifications and Skills:Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.Previous experience in call center, customer service, or humanitarian communication roles is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous and empathetic approach.Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage stress effectively.Proficiency in using MS Office tools and call management systems.Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.This is a remote position.
