The Call Center Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of call center agents to ensure high performance and efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training and mentoring to agents, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling escalated issues, and implementing call center policies and workflows. The role requires leadership, effective communication, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.Proven customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.Analytical skills to evaluate team performance and implement process improvements.Prior experience in a call center environment and team leadership role is preferred.Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a dynamic setting.Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field.
