Paid Internship period : 6 months (3 months minimum) - immediate start preferredWork Scope:Assisting the sales team in facilitating ongoing commercial campaigns (across digital, print, social, events)Develop commercial case studies, post campaign reports, other presentations/decks where relevantSales support research, data and analytics, organising contact databaseCoordinating between internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met effectively and timely in execution, through close communication across clients, editorial, marketing teamsLiaising with digital and print ad ops team to set up display campaigns and troubleshooting, ensure print material submission deadlines, and follow up with editorial team for execution of campaign entitlements and submissions dueAssisting to track live digital and social media advertising campaigns progress (statistics) to ensure any established KPIs are metParticipate in team/client meetings with sales/editorial/marketing teams where relevantQualifications/Skills:Detail-oriented and organisedGood time managementEffective interpersonal communicationThrives in a fast pace, creative, and constantly changing environment; able to keep track of project deliverables to be executed and deadlines to be metAnalytical skills with ability to understand results and campaign objectives/KPIsBasic experience with google sheets, excel, powerpoint, word, PDF, google drive, wetransferBasic understanding of digital platforms and social mediaInterest in learning more about the media business, advertising and sales
