We’re seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital campaigns, drive growth, and elevate our online presence.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social, display, email, etc.)Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversionsAnalyze KPIs and campaign results to generate actionable insights and improve ROIManage content calendars, digital assets, and coordinate with creative teamsOversee SEO/SEM strategies and website performanceManage budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Work closely with sales, product, and data teams to align marketing with business goalsRequirements:Based in Singapore with valid work authorizationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field4–6 years of digital marketing experience, including paid media and performance marketingStrong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.Hands-on experience managing digital budgets and agency/vendor relationshipsAnalytical mindset with creative problem-solving skillsBonus Points:Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)Familiar with CRM systems, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo)Prior experience in APAC regional marketingKnowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web tools is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesCollaborative, data-driven marketing environmentOpportunities for leadership and strategic ownershipHybrid work flexibilityProfessional development & training support
