Job Description

Our client, a leading multinational in the ride-hailing industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Campaign Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day campaign coordination. In this role, you will manage timelines, support agencies and internal teams, engage driver-partners, ensure on-ground execution quality, and maintain accurate documentation for smooth campaign delivery and closure.📍 Location: Mapletree Business Center, District 7, HCMC🕘 Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM💰 Salary: 18,000,000 VND (Gross)ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Client ServiceServe as the day-to-day contact for agencies/resellers; handle campaign inquiries and provide timely updates.Close campaigns by reconciling results, preparing liquidation/closure documents, securing approvals, and sending final deliverables to agencies.Support the sales team with fleet pricing proposals, deal finalization, and follow-up for renewals or extensions.Project & Operations ManagementPlan campaign timelines, vehicle allocation, and wrapping schedules to ensure efficient collocation and operational capacity.Recruit and onboard driver-partners: send registration links, confirm participation, and manage reminders.Monitor in-field execution (installations, sampling), resolve issues (e.g., lost tracking, accidents), and ensure SLA adherence.Quality Control (QC)Audit decal quality at installation sites; verify post-install standards and brand compliance.Monitor decal removal to prevent vehicle damage and ensure proper procedures.Prevent unauthorized collection of driver information and enforce compliance policies.Capture and manage proof-of-performance through photos, forms, and accurate documentation.Driver/Partner Enablement & SupportTrain driver-partners for sampling/activation campaigns; provide clear SOPs and expectations.Troubleshoot operational issues (GPS, payment queries, performance gaps) and support continuous improvements.Vendor, Procurement & Finance OperationsSource and obtain quotations; coordinate with Procurement on vendor selection and bidding.Prepare and manage POs; collect invoices and supporting documents; route for approval and payment processing.Reconcile fleet receivables/payables and track debts and payment status with Finance to ensure timely settlement.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of contracts, annexes, IOs, and POs to meet audit and compliance requirements.Prepare and submit monthly P&L for fleets; calculate and confirm accruals; provide timely reports to Finance/Controllership.Requirements1- 3 years in OOH advertising, campaign operations, account/project management, or fleet/logistics operations.Proven project management skills with strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.Excellent communication and negotiation; comfortable persuading and supporting driver-partners.High attention to detail with strong documentation and QC discipline; problem-solver with a bias for action.Willingness to conduct field/site visits for installation, QC, and removal as needed.English and local language proficiency preferred.
