You light the way.More About The RoleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as Optical Engineer in Shanghai with Signify.Optical design: Design of LED-based optical systems for lighting purpose, both reflective and refractive. Modelling, optimizing and tolerancing complex lighting systems using one of the basic optical design software tools (Lightools preferred, others will be considered). Simulating light application using one of light application simulation software tools(Dialux, AGI32 …).Optical manufacturing & testing: Definition and implementation of optical testing plan with a hands-on approach (preparing prototypes and performing optical tests).Project management & Leadership: Report efficiently and adapts her/his communication to stakeholders.
