Our client, a top-tier proprietary trading firm, is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead campus recruitment initiatives across APAC. This role is based in Singapore and will focus primarily (80%) on campus hiring, while also supporting broader recruitment needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute campus recruitment strategies for graduate and internship programs across APAC.Build strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to enhance employer branding.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Organize and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to attract top talent.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and deliver high-quality candidates.Support general recruitment activities for experienced hires as needed.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on campus recruitment.Proven success in managing large-scale graduate hiring programs in APAC.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Familiarity with financial services or trading industry is a plus.
