The Senior/Executive, Compensation and Benefits, is responsible for assisting, developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s objectives and attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role involves analysing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting overall HR initiatives at BreadTalk Group.What you will gain:Hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits operations. Insights into HR processes across payroll, benefits, and employee engagementOpportunity to learn from and support senior HR professionals in rewards strategy and execution.AREAS OF KEY FOCUS:Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitivenessAnalyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications, and make recommendation for salary offersSupport performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distributionParticipate in design of rewards strategies aligned with Company’s objectivesImplement and administer employee benefits schemes, such as medical and insurance benefits etcPlan and organise employee wellness and engagement activitiesIdentify and implement process improvements in compensation and benefits functionConduct periodic compensation auditPrepare regular reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, cost and other related metricsPartner and liaise with internal HR teams and external vendors on benefits-related matters.Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements in all C&B mattersREQUIREMENTS:1 to 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions, with regional exposure will be ad added advantage. Fresh HR graduates eager to learn and build a career in Compensation & Benefits / Human Resource are welcomed to apply.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. IHRP certification will be an advantageDemonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge in advanced functions for data management, reporting, and analytics.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data and identify trendsHigh attention to detail, with strong analytical, organizational and time-management skillsStrong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements
