The Candidate Experience Lead will oversee the design and implementation of a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include improving recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring teams, analyzing candidate feedback, resolving candidate concerns, and implementing best practices to enhance the candidate journey.
