Owns the CAPA process and manages documentation and follow-up of quality incidentsResponsibilitiesTrack and monitor CAPA progress and closure.Perform root cause analysis for identified issues.Support teams in developing and implementing effective action plans.Ensure CAPA documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to verify effectiveness.Prepare CAPA reports and provide regular status updates to management.Identify trends and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsStrong follow-through and accountabilityExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in data analysis using Excel and basic Power BIAttention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and collaboration skills
