Capex Project Manager

Location: The Randstad, NetherlandsContract Type: ContractIndustry: Pharmaceutical ManufacturingRate: DOEAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CAPEX Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in fill-finish, sterile/aseptic operations, vial production, and sterile injectables. In this role, you will lead capital investment projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end CAPEX projects within sterile manufacturing environments.Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Validation.Ensure all design, construction, and commissioning activities comply with GMP and regulatory standards.Manage vendors, contractors, and external partners involved in equipment and facility upgrades.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.Required Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.Proven experience managing CAPEX projects in the pharmaceutical sector.Strong background in sterile/aseptic manufacturing, fill-finish, vials, and sterile injectables.Deep understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and cleanroom environments.Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar capital projects.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Fluent in Dutch
